Nicholas W. Callais is a director and filmmaker based in Los Angeles, California, whose work spans music videos, commercials, and narrative projects. Over the better part of the last decade, he’s collaborated with acclaimed artists, brands, and agencies to create projects seen by millions worldwide. 

Drawn to bold imagery where serious ideas are explored through absurd and often surreal situations, his work grounds itself in humanity. Through a visually driven approach to storytelling, he explores emotion, character, and psychological tension to create narratives that are both striking and deeply personal.

Before stepping behind the monitor, Nick spent years producing music videos, commercials, and branded content for artists including Megan Thee Stallion, Lil Wayne, and Muse, as well as brands such as Louis Vuitton, Celine, and Guinness. That experience helped shape a solution-oriented approach to filmmaking framed around one central question: 

What's the idea at its core, and how can we best bring it to life?
